Imani Out of School Time Programming

Imani out of school time Safe Haven program is authorized by the City of Chicago Public School to house school-age children while they are out of school. This is our summer, after school and holiday break camps. Our after-School tutoring program encompasses mathematics, reading, history, social studies, jr. tech training, and other subjects pertinent to the success of the students needing additional instruction. 

During our summer and holiday breaks, the youth are provided breakfast and lunch. Also, the children have classes in anti-bullying, food nutrition, financial literacy and discussions on current events plaguing the youth.

The youth participate in fitness activities such as sports, dance etc.  We service hundreds of youth  throughout the year. This program is truly making an impact on the community.
